Ceremony and Ritual recognize a LIFE CHANGE and doing something to honor that change.

This program is open for those who have experienced a significant loss, which can include not only the loss of a loved one, but also a beloved pet, divorce, job, home, or way-of-life as we knew it.

• ‘Chunking it Down’
  Whether it be minute by minute or hour by hour, day after day, expectations of so many annual gatherings and events which can feel burdensome for so many; and so for lonely those who may not have so many gatherings.

• Guided imagery seasonal meditation

• Closing Candle Ceremony

  We will gather in a virtual Circle: Each lighting a candle, centered within our own individual space, and speak a word or phrase —- to create a way to ‘fit things together’ in our heart and in our mind.
