If we don’t learn to relax and chill---- the body, emotions and mind are
not able to experience recovery, relief or well-being.
During this session we will:
Discuss the mind-body relationship to stress
Become aware of our stressors
Learn how mindfulness: being aware of now-moments, can induce calm and clarity, rather than worry and doubt
Practice methods to create new patterns of thought and behavior
Boost the immune system
