For anxiety, stress and burn-out.                    75 minutes  $30

 

If we don’t learn to relax and chill---- the body, emotions and mind are

not able to experience recovery, relief or well-being. 

During this session we will: 

  • Discuss the mind-body relationship to stress

  • Become aware of our stressors

  • Learn how mindfulness: being aware of now-moments, can induce calm and clarity, rather than worry and doubt

  • Practice methods to create new patterns of thought and behavior

  • Boost the immune system

You will leave with strategies you can immediately use and

how to manage your day by chunking it down

every hour or so for a minute or two --- one day, then one week at a time.
