STRESS BUSTING
For anxiety, stress and burn-out. 75 minutes $30
If we don’t learn to relax and chill---- the body, emotions and mind are
not able to experience recovery, relief or well-being.
During this session we will:
Discuss the mind-body relationship to stress
Become aware of our stressors
Learn how mindfulness: being aware of now-moments, can induce calm and clarity, rather than worry and doubt
Practice methods to create new patterns of thought and behavior
Boost the immune system
You will leave with strategies you can immediately use and
how to manage your day by chunking it down
every hour or so for a minute or two --- one day, then one week at a time.
