It is those inner darker feelings and thoughts that tend to immobilize us:
criticize, sabotage or shame us.
During this time together we can
level up …and
become more light-filled
from the inside-out.
Mind-body practices that:
slow us down into the present moment,
calm the mind from overthinking,
ease emotional angst that keeps us bound to the past,
physical body movement so we feel we have a leg to stand on.
In this safe space we will embark into a journey of practices that we can use:
immediately,
consistently,
on a daily basis to shift our perspectives for change and transformation.
