WALKING MINDFUL MEDITATION 4-week option

To simply quiet and become aware to the power-of-the-moment, walking slower, with instances of stopping altogether, taking in the sights and sounds as we connect to quiet mindfulness… with our body joining along with each step we take –

To perceive the world through our senses rather than our logic.

Mindful awareness of the present moment; observing thoughts as they arise, breaking the habit of excess overthinking and chattering.

 Actively guided step by step engaging all the senses: sight, sound, scent, taste and touch -- connecting to inner stillness.


Mindfulness Awareness of the present moment; observing thoughts as they arise.                                                       

Meditation Breaking the habit of excess thinking and mind over-utilization.


Mondays    5:30-6:30pm   4 Sessions   May 2, 9, 15, 22

COST $60   Individual session $25 each

 Class will go outdoors weather permitting.
