Each class will include these 3-core coping strategies:
simple, easy body movements (standing)
breathing techniques
meditation, guided visual, relaxation
Each week incorporating variety of styles.

$30 per person per class
Monday evenings 6:00-7:00pm
Starting June 6th 2022
(Friday AND Saturday morning classes TBD)
